Mikela “Mike” French is a fifth-generation Idahoan who joined the firm in 2018. Mike has experience in criminal law, insurance defense, professional malpractice, and labor and employment law. Mike is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law (2008), where she was Co-President of the German Law Journal and a James E. Rogers Scholar. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Joel D. Horton of the Supreme Court of Idaho (2008-2010) and co-founded the Idaho Immigration Law Pro Bono Network (2009). Mike is licensed in California and has appeared before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Idaho, as well as the state and federal trial courts in Idaho. Mike graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English from Boise State University and earned her master’s degree in Irish Studies from the Queen’s University of Belfast.
