We have obtained acquittals in some of the highest profile criminal cases in the history of Idaho, including the Ruby Ridge case, and the case of Sami Al-Hussayen, a graduate student at the University of Idaho wrongly accused of terrorism. We have been involved in proceedings before the Military Commissions at the United States Naval Station in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. David Nevin presently is lead counsel for a capitally charged, high value detainee in a case arising out of the attacks of September 11, 2001, and the resulting criminal investigation which has been described as the largest investigation in the history of the United States.
